Covid Cleansing
To keep people safe during the pandemic we are making a few additions to our normally high standard cleaning regime:

Wearing protective disposal gloves and aprons and masks when cleaning.

Intensifying and sanitizing all high touch points such as door handles, taps, light switches and remotes.

All our bed linens and towels are laundered on a hot wash the week before so there is a 7 day interval before they are used again.

If you would prefer to bring your own linen just let us know before and ideally at the time of booking

This was one of the highlights of our holiday!

Perfect location with the High Street just up a steep set of steps with cafes, restaurants, shops and access to Falmouth waterfront just minutes away. We drove into the garage, after excellent directions, and didn't move the car for the next 5 days.

Janet was the perfect hostess and we enjoyed every aspect.

Totally recommend that you consider this property

Hi Jan,
We've had a fabulous week's family holiday at Boscawen. We were going to do a tour of Cornwall but found your apartment in Falmouth that was in short walking distance of the town centre with parking. We found the apartment both spacious and well equipped. A home away from home - dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer!
We had the added bonus of being able to bring our bikes and lock them up behind the apartment's car space. We visited the Eden Project, Land's End, Lanhydrock, St Ives, Tintagel and Padstow (to do The Camel Trail) all from here.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable family holiday and being able to relax in the apartment after our numerous days out was a big plus and much better than touring.
Thanks for a great holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at Boscawen, it really felt like home from home.
The view was just as anticipated, truly beautiful on a sunny morning!
The walk up the apartment steps at night, with the lights in the background reminded us of being in Spain - with the look and feel.
The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything and only just a short walk. I used to holiday there as a child on Gyllanvase Road and our stay brought back a lot of memories for me!

We thought the apartment was fantastic. I would certainly say one of the best we have experienced. It was ever so well equipped in all ways with some lovely little touches, like the binoculars. And I particularly liked the explanations of all the pictures and loads of reading material.

Thank you Jan for a lovely week. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and had fantastic views. The paintings, books and local information were a nice touch. We would certainly recommend Boscawen to any one looking for somewhere to stay in Falmouth.

Paul, Susan and family.

Hi Jan, we had a lovely time thanks. Loved the views, location and all the books and paintings to learn
about Falmouth and Boscawen whilst we were there !

To Jan,
Everything was great, thank you!
The views from the apartment were just lovely, didn't want to leave.

Thanks for all your help. Cheers, Natalie

Hi Jan,

The apartment is beautiful, really lovely, didn’t want to leave!!!!  Weather not up to much but what can you expect in December but the mulled wine and mulled cider kept the chill out!

A lovely touch was also the information about the pictures and artists, fascinating, along with the lovely old books about Cornwall.

Will hopefully come back again one day in the New Year!

 Take care, Julie

"We had a lovely weekend, thank you! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I will certainly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Cornwall. " - Camilla

Hi Jan,
Really enjoyed our time in Falmouth. The weather didn't stop us getting out and do what we wanted. Boscawen is a lovely apartment & perfectly suited our needs.
Many thanks - we shall certainly be recommending your property to our friends & family in the future.
Regards, Geoff.

Hi Jan
Indeed we have had a fantastic time in Cornwall - and could spend further 14 days to see the rest which we have'nt seen yet.... We'll have to come back again.
Best regards Anna-Lena, Elke and Kim

Hello Jan
We had a lovely time in and around Falmouth and the apartment was really
great and well equipped too.
We visited Pendennis Castle and Mousehole and did lots of walking. So glad the weather stayed nice for us (got a little sunburned on the Gyllyingvase beach).
Also went to Lands End, which was breezy but still nice and not cold.
Many thanks - Ken, Debbie and Adam Foster Lincoln

Morning Jan - This is rather belated but its been a bit hectic being back at work.

My friends and I just wanted to say what a lovely apartment Boscawen was for us, the location was brilliant and the view of the estuary from all the rooms was really great.  We loved it and will probably be back.

Best wishes, Dee

Hi Jan,
I would like to thank you for the presentation of the accommodation.
April and I were impressed by the standard of the accommodation and how well equipped the kitchen was - especially cooking for Christmas. We've had a fabulous few days of quiet (no screaming sirens of London). A taste of home! (Southern NZ that is!)

I hope that you have had a great Christmas too and I wish you all the best for the New Year ahead.
Once again, thank you.
